Founded in November 2025, BritishProperty.uk was born from a desire to put the power back into the hands of property owners. Allan's deep understanding of the industry began during his career as an Estate Agent in London and South Africa.
Having seen firsthand how high commissions can impact a seller's bottom line, Allan used his expertise in web development and SEO to build a direct-to-market solution. He believes that in today's economy, private sellers and landlords deserve a professional, high-visibility platform that doesn't come with a premium agency price tag.
